Fish and Salami Soup

  • Ingredients

    • ½ onion
    • 2-3 Green onions
    • ¼ cabbage
    • 100 g (3.5 oz) white fish of your choice
    • 30 g (1 oz) salami
    • 60 ml (¼ cup) split red lentils
    • Chicken broth

    Preparation

    • Fill a thermos with boiling water, seal and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
    • While the thermos is preheating, mince the onions and the cabbage. green onions. Dice the white fish. Slice the salami.
    • Bring chicken broth to a boil.
    • Discard water from thermos. Put the salami, the white fish, the onions, the cabbage, and the red lentils into the thermos. Fill with hotchicken broth. Close the thermos and shake gently to mix all ingredients. After a few hours, you’ll have a delicious fish and salami soup to enjoy!

    *The measurements and quantities are approximate as the goal is to fill the thermos.
