Fruit Nuts and Maple Oatmeal

  • Ingredients

    • 125 ml (½ cup) rolled oats
    • 60 ml (¼ cup) almonds chopped
    • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
    • Nuts and Dried fruit to taste
    • Honey roasted peanuts
    • Fresh fruits like blueberries or blackberries
    • Strawberries cut into quarters
    • 30 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh cream
    • Organic Maple Syrup
    • 1 groundcherry


    • Combine the oats and the almonds. Add the milk, cover and let stand for one hour.
    • When the mixture is soaked in milk, serve a portion in a shallow dish. Top with nuts, dried fruit and fresh fruits. Pour a little maple syrup and fresh cream on top.
    • Add as a decoration a groundcherry and enjoy this excellent oatmeal with fruit, nuts and maple!
