  • Ingredients

    • ½ cup (125 ml) honey
    • 1½ cup (125 ml) rolled oats
    • 1/3 cup (80 ml) dried cranberries
    • ½ cup (125 ml) pistachios
    • ½ cup (125 ml) almond


    • Boil the honey in a small pot.
    • Meanwhile, place the oats, dried cranberries, pistachios, and almonds in a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients well.
    • Take some waxed paper and cut out a large rectangle.
    • When the honey is hot, remove it from the heat, add to the dry ingredients and mix again. Spread the mixture onto the waxed paper, press firmly into a rectangle. Wrap in waxed paper. Let everything sit for a few hours.
    • When the ingredients have cooled, unwrap and cut into bars.
