Salami and grilled cheese

  • Ingredients

    • Soft chesse
    • 2 slices of Sourdough bread
    • 30 g French-style salami
    • Butter

    Preparation

    • Cut a few thick slices of your favourite soft cheese. Place them on a large slice of bread.
    • Place thin slices of your favorite dried salami sausage over the cheese. Top it with another slice of bread. Generously butter both sides of the sandwich.
    • Wrap your sandwich in waxed paper for easy transport. Once you’ve arrived at your destination or when you are ready to eat, grill each side until golden brown on both sides.
