Summer Salmon Tartare

  • Ingredients

    • 1 tartare-grade salmon fillet, skin removed
    • 1 shallot
    • 1 Cherry tomato
    • 1 lime
    • Olive oil
    • Hot pepper flakes
    • Salt and pepper


    • Cut the salmon in cubes. Cut the shallot into thin slices. Slice the cherry tomato. Cut a quarter of a lime and one thin slice.
    • Dressing: in a little bowl, squeeze the quartered lime. Add a little olive oil, a pinch of salt, pepper and few hot pepper flakes.
    • Place salmon cubes and vegetables on a plate. Pour the dressing over prepared plate. Salt and pepper to taste add lime slice to decorate.
